Hi! My name is Betsy and I'm looking for a flatmate to take over a room in my two bedroom flat (I'm a tenant). My current flatmate will move out in September and a new flatmate can move in anytime between 8th Sep and 2nd Oct.
The landlords are a nice couple and very responsive and helpful whenever my flatmate and I have any issues. The listed rent is what I'm paying currently and there is no council tax payment since this is a student-only let. The bills range between £80-£140 per month and this includes gas, electricity, wifi and water.
Other flat details: the bathroom is shared, there is a dishwasher in the kitchen and the desk in the living room belongs to my current flatmate.
The location is great. The flat is a short walk (5 minutes) from Highgate tube statation which is on the Northern Line. It's also a short walk away from lots of parks and green spaces (Highgate Wood, Queen's Wood, Waterlow Park, Hampstead Heath and Parkland Walk) and cute neighbourhoods like Crouch End and Muswell Hill.
I'm doing my PhD and I've lived in London for 4 years. For flatmates, I like a good balance of socialising and having our own space and time. Keeping shared spaces clean is very important to me.
Please let me know if you're interested and I can answer any questions and arrange viewings.
