Hello! We have a large, furnished double room available in our well-located Archway flat. Yamini is sadly moving out in the new year, so we’ll be looking for someone to take over her room from around 14th Jan (potentially a few days sooner!).

You’ll be living with Camilla (25, PhD student) and Kirsty (29, copywriter) who are both into film, music, books and pints. We’ve all become good friends and regularly catch up over coffee and dinner, and go to the local pubs and cinemas together. It’d be great if you’re up for that too, but equally there’s never any pressure to socialise because we enjoy down time some days!

The room
A very spacious room with two large windows, letting in a lot of sunlight, and ample space for storage and decorating it how you like.

Rent is £1,140.66 per month, and bills are around £150 each currently (might increase to £170ish during the colder months).

It comes already furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, fan and an office chair. Yamini is also keen to sell some other items e. g. heater, monitor before she leaves.

The flat
We all really like the flat, it’s super spacious, comfortable and bright. We keep it clean and tidy while adding our touch to it too, so any plants/prints/books are very welcome.

It’s in an amazing location, being just a 10-minute walk from the underground (Northern line), a 15-minute walk from Upper Holloway overground, and near lots of bus stops that take you everywhere from Crouch End to London Bridge.

Archway itself has everything you need in terms of supermarkets, pubs, gyms, and cafes, but if you ever fancy a dip in the ponds you’ll only be a 20-minute walk from Hampstead Heath too. Plus Camden and Kentish Town are perfectly walkable.
