The flat is the bottom floor of a townhouse on a leafy, quiet street in Highgate, just 5 minutes walk from Highgate Station on the Northern Line.

good WiFi/heating/double-glazed windows and natural light throughout and a private garden!

The flat is gorgeous but I'm moving abroad so I'm selling all of my stuff and moving out early! If you want easy + cheap furniture you can buy my bedframe etc but the room comes unfurnished if you have your own stuff :)

Move in date is August 26th but can be flexible by a couple of weeks either side just let me know your needs!

Highgate Woods is a 5 minute walk. Hampstead Heath and Parkland Walk are all about 10 minutes walk away as is Highgate High Street with pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops.

Muswell Hill, Crouch End and Finsbury Park are very close by bus and Euston, Kings Cross and Camden within 20 mins by tube.
