Looking for a third flatmate to join us for our final year in this beautiful flat in Highgate. Ideally a female student in her early 20s, clean, and keen to make our flat feel more like home!

The flat is nice and light and includes a balcony from the lounge. It is on the second floor of the unit, with the rooms elevated a further flight of stairs within the flat. The room in question has a little balcony/fire escape space outside it.

This flat is a 5 minute walk to Highgate tube station (Northern line), and well connected by bus. Muswell Hill is up the road, and it's a 20 minute walk to Archway, and about 30 minute walk to Hampstead Heath.

There are lots of shops and convenience stores nearby, namely a Sainsbury's up the road.

Candidate must provide either employer reference or previous landlord reference and passport.
