This wonderful room looks on to a balcony which is accessible via the window in the room or the door just outside the room in the sitting room. It is a beautiful pinkish room which is so cosy. The flat has a great kitchen w a dishwasher, modern bathroom w powerful shower, and a utility room with a washer/dryer. The sitting room is so beautiful and a lovely communal space.

It's about a 7 minute walk from archway and 13 minute walk from Highgate station. it's a 5 minute walk from highgate village.

I am preferably looking for a girl who is working 9-5 ideally, but open to anything. the flat building requires that you cant have 6+ people in the house past 11pm (or basically no loud noise past 11pm) as the residents above control building rule but ive found that to be rlly easy and relaxed.
I am a really friendly girl and super clean. x
