Small room available in Victorian apartment in Archway.

Total of 3 rooms. You will share the house with 1 Italian and 1 Turkish, Begum (photographer), Antonio (chef) and Yuna a beautiful cat :)

We are looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful. Preferably students or full time professionals.

It's not a party house as we wake up early in the morning but sociable people as we do dinners together sometimes :)

Rent is £565 plus bills. Bills are around £100 in summer and £150 in winter. Internet, council taxes, gas, water and electricity are included.

The house has 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, large living room and a big room.
Only 10 min walk from Archway station. Close to Crouch End Hill and Highgate.
