Hello!

I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a 2 bedroom flat located between Archway and Crouch End.

There is a good size kitchen with a dining area and a lovely bright shared living room. Since it’s a maisonette split across two floors, there is very generous loft space upstairs for long term storage (also plenty of hallway storage downstairs)

I am looking for someone to move in long term, minimum 1 year, the rent is 800pcm and bills are approx 170 each (includes electricity/water/council tax/internet). Ideally early July move in but can be flexible with dates.

A little bit about me- my name is Maya and I’m from North London. I have a fine art background and I love knitting, sewing and all things textiles! I’ve been living in this flat for some time now and it’s very much a home & sanctuary!
