I have a room available in my two-bedroom flat as I’ll be travelling from the beginning of March.

I’m ideally looking for someone for around 2/3 months. There is some flexibility on exact dates (slightly shorter or longer), but I’m not looking for very short stays.

About the flat: Located in West Kensington, a 3 min walk from the train station and 4 min walk from barons court station. Plenty of grocery stores etc. close by. The flat is newly refurbished and comes with everything equipped.

You will be living with my flat mate who is really tidy and easy going. He also works very long hours so you will most likely have the flat to yourself.

A minor side note, I keep a small number of clothes in part of the wardrobe, but there will be space available for you, as well as a separate drawer unit which will be emptied. If you need more wardrobe space, I’m happy to clear additional room.

Looking for someone tidy and responsible. Price per week is £219 (bills inc).
