Large room, double bed, very comfortable, well-decorated, in a stylish, bright, and quiet apartment with a large sunny terrace. A very pleasant and relaxing space.
The apartment is on two floors, very spacious. The room is large and the bathroom is shared with the second tenant. We are respectful of each other, noise, and cleanliness.
I have a small dog, a King Charles named Sacha, who won't cause any problems.
I am French, 54 years old. I am a designer. I think I am easy to live with. I have always had very nice tenants, so I expect someone relaxed and easygoing.
