We've got a room available in our 3-bed flatshare. Both West Kensington and Barons Court tube stations are about a 7-minute walk away, giving fantastic access to most of London. Additionally our road doesn’t get much traffic, so the peace and quiet (by London standards!) is most welcome.

The room is available for £1,300 p/m inc. bills. We get a cleaner on top of this with the cost shared between us. It has a large double sofa bed with mattress topper - really comfortable for sleeping, and easily foldable if you fancy putting it away during the day. There is a large desk, built-in wardrobe, window seat and bookcase.

The flat is on the first floor, in a gorgeous red brick mansion block with high ceilings and lots of light. We have a spacious living room with a large corner sofa and a wall mounted TV, high-speed wifi, and a well-equipped kitchen with dining table and a large fridge-freezer with ice maker. There’s a dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen too. You would be sharing the main bathroom with two other people.

Existing flatmates:

I’m 37 years old, work in the fund management industry and am opening a restaurant. I love music, reading, good food and wine, and socialising with friends. I enjoy a game of tennis after work and am often away playing golf at weekends. I also speak French.

Alexandra (Alle) and Rudy are a couple living in the main bedroom. Alle is 24 and works in business intelligence. She's also fluent in Swedish. Rudy is Australian, also 24, and is studying for a postgraduate degree at Imperial.

We like to keep the flat clean and tidy, and whilst we enjoy having a chat, cooking and socialising together, we're also respectful of each other's space. Absolutely no problem having friends etc. over, but it's not a party house vibe. We're all also often out in the evenings and away at the weekends, so it's a rarity that we're all in at the same time!
