Large room available in Islington, just 3 minutes away from Caledonian & Barnsbury Overground station. The room has direct access to the yard and is next to the kitchen. Room comes with bed, a small wardrobe, a chest of drawers and 2 desks.
The house has 2 floors:
* First floor: 2 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom
• Second floor: large bedroom, kitchen and yard
Details:
* Rent: £1000 + bills (approx. £150)
• Deposit: £1115.38 to be paid before moving in
• Ideally a professional earning 2.5× their share of the rent (or slightly less with savings)
• Students welcome if willing to pay 6 months rent in advance

We are looking for a female in her twenties, someone clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
You will be living with Monica from Barcelona and Roberta from Mexico, both working in fashion. We love to sing and dance around the house, have friends over, and we’re a bit like a family. We’re very social and bubbly but also respect each other’s space.
It’s not a party house since we have strict neighbours, so day-to-day life is quite chill. We all work and like our home to be a relaxed space.
