Initially, the bathroom will be for your sole use, although it may be shared with the occupant of the neighbouring bedroom later in the year.

You'll be sharing with me, a 62-year-old woman. I travel frequently for work and leisure, so you'll often have the house to yourself, making this an ideal home for someone who values privacy and a calm, respectful living environment.
