Mainly in twenties and thirties. All modern conveniences: central heating, washing machine, and fan drier (plus very large drying/airing room), normal oven (fan-assisted), microwave oven, 2 halogen ovens, air "fryer", 1Gb fibre connection unlimited wifi, dishwasher, etc. Conservatory, patio, and well-maintained garden (with garden furniture and a barbecue) where bicycles can be kept.

No smoking in the house please (fine in the conservatory and garden). Not a party house. All is quiet, tidy, and clean.

5-10 minutes walk (less on bus) to Holloway Road Tube (Piccadilly Line) or Finsbury Park Tube/Rail (Victoria and Piccadilly Line) or Tufnell Park (Northern line). Buses (including night buses) from all over London stop at the end of the road or nearby.

Viewings possible at most times (you will probably meet more housemates in the evening or weekend).
