I have a spare room available in my three bedroom apartment. I live in one of the rooms.

I rent the other room (single) on a short term basis.

Furniture included in the room:
-Double bed;
-Wardrobe;
-Bedside table; and
-Work desk with a comfortable chair.
(Can provide further items if need be)

The apartment is close to shops/restaurants in the Holloway Road/Seven Sisters Road area.
The nearest station is Finsbury Park.

Buses are available to central London such as the 91/29 and to the city: 43/271/153.

I am looking for someone who:

- Either works or studies full time; and
- Is clean in general. (cleaning takes place once a week of the communal areas. I don't expect this from you other than to clean your own room and after yourself once you are done in the kitchen/bathroom)
