Hello! :)
We are looking for a new flatmate for our friendly flatshare as I will unfortunately be moving out for uni. The house share is made of 5 students, and we enjoy spending time together, either cooking, watching random series, or for the occasional night out.

The house is located in Islington Borough, close to Holloway Road. It is in a gated community, in a really calm area, and many shops/restaurants/cafes can be found close by.

The double room is bright, of decent size and is furnished with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a drawer chest. The house has two toilets, a bathroon, a kitchen, and a living room where we have shared many movie nights. We also have our personal backyard.

About public transport: 10 min walk to Tufnell Park and Upper Holloway stations.

The rent is 700£ per month, without the bills. We are exempt from council tax, as all flatmates are students.
