We are looking for a friendly and fun flat mate to join our group of two friends in Garand Court, a modern and well-situated complex less than 1 minute from the Piccadilly line.
The property is new and furnished to a very high specification throughout. We have large open plan kitchen, living and dining area, with an adjacent private balcony.
We are less than 1 minute from Holloway Road Station, and 10 minutes to Highbury & Islington Station.
ABOUT US: We’re two fun, sociable guys working in finance. After a year of living together, our third flatmate has sadly decided to move away and we are keen to find a strong character fit to replace him. We’re both flatmates and friends, and our ideal flatmate would be looking for a similar vibe.
Whilst we’re easy going and relaxed to live with, we do like to keep the flat clean and tidy, are would be great if our next flatmate is like-minded. Besides this, we both have a range of interests and are open-minded on what you might bring to party!
YOUR ROOM: Double bed, wardrobe, two side tables and side lamp. En suite bathroom for yourself only.
EXCELLENT FACILITIES: 24/7 concierge, a free gym for complex residents, lift access, large shared garden, free water bills, spacious private balcony. Landlord very responsive on repairs.
SHARED SPACES: Huge open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a TV included. Kitchen is high specification with a dishwasher. Well-suited to entertaining and with more than sufficient space to accommodate all flatmates.
BATHROOM: Large bathroom, with a combined bath and shower, shared with only other one other flatmate (with the third flatmate having access to an en suite).
GREAT TRAIN LINKS: We are adjacent to the Piccadilly Line, being less than a minute to Holloway Road Station, and a 10 minute walk to Highbury and Islington Station.
MOVE-IN DATE: We may have some flexibility on the exact move-in date, let us know what you need and if it’s a fit hopefully we can sort something out!
LOW BILLS: The property is very energy efficient, Over the previous year, we have paid around £130 a month bills (WIFI inclusive). Water bills are included in the rent.
