Hi, we’re Sophie, Verity and Lauren and we have double room available in our 4 bed house in Finsbury Park!

We’re looking for another professional woman (aged 25-30) to join our house.

The room:
The room is available from the 16th March and it £700 a month, and bills usually come to around £130. The contract is until 16th September with the option to extend for another year.
The bedroom is lovely and cosy, and fully furnished with built in wardrobe and a desk.

The house:
The house also has a garden which is great for sitting outside in the summer,
The house has a kitchen and lovely shared living space where you can always find someone who up for a chat. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, and we have a separate utility room with a washer and dryer.
We also have a garden which is great for sitting outside in the summer.

Our landlords are great and will quickly send Mark round to fix anything.

Location:
The location of the house is great and is less than a 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park (Victoria, Piccadilly and National Rail) and plenty of bus links to all parts of London. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets within a short walking distance. There also lots of pubs, coffee shops and some lovely restaurants.

The housemates:
There are currently 3 girls living in the house (25-26) and it's a friendly and sociable house, we enjoy spending time together, going for a coffee or a walk. But also happy to do our own thing.

Lauren: Works in a comms role for the NHS. She’s currently training to run the London marathon and is always up for a gossip.
Sophie: Works as a data analyst in the civil service. She can often be found knitting, visiting our local zero waste shop or out at a pilates class.
Verity: Works at an environmental charity. She loves a gig/play but also is a big fan of staying in to watch a film/crappy TV.

We are LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly.
