I’m moving out of this beautiful flat and looking for someone to replace me as soon as possible. The flat is 5 mins walk from Holloway high street which is full of shops, restaurants and about 10 mins walk to Caledonian Road station. Really easy to get into central London as it’s on the Piccadilly line.
The flat is situated on the first floor in a 3 story house. Sharing a living room / kitchen, and bathroom with 2 other girls. If you’re a working professional council tax will be required and bills are around £50 pp.

The girls here are so friendly warm and we’re looking for someone who is relatively social and open to friendships not just a flat share.

The Fiat is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and the general house facilities.

Standard process of transferring through an agent, no additional fees other than the deposit. Must have a UK based guarantor or references / proof of income.
