I have a newly decorated, furnished, ground floor room to rent in my maisonette ( I have the ground floor and the first floor in a 5 story building). Shared access to kitchen and bathroom. All bills and fast WiFi included. Great transport links. 8 minute bus ride to Camden Town, 10 minute walk to Tufnell Park tube and Kentish Town tube (both on the northern line) and 10 minute walk to Caledonian Road tube station (Piccadilly line). I live in the property with my elderly father who is self contained in his bedroom upstairs due to poor health. We have a small front and back garden. Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher is the kitchen. The bathroom with very nice walk in shower is on the first floor.
