I am sadly moving out and looking for someone to take over my beautiful room. It is on the second floor of the house, with so much sunlight. It comes fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, ample storage) and has plenty of space for a desk setup—perfect for working from home.

The House & Vibe
You will be sharing with 5 other wonderful housemates all in their mid to late 20s (a mix of PhD students at the Crick and working professionals from various industries) and our sweet dog, Chloe.
The vibe is so friendly and social without being overbearing. Everyone has their own busy schedules, but we really value quality time together—whether that’s catching up over a glass of wine in the garden or house dinners or (pub) beers on the weekend. I am honstly so sad to leave the gang, they are all so lovely. We are looking for someone who wants a home, not just a place to sleep.

The location is super convenient:
We are close to the arsenal stadium right between holloway road and Finsbury park.
<10 mins walk to Finsbury Park and Holloway Road tube stations.
~20 mins walk to Highbury & Islington (Overground).
Great bus links nearby.
Lidl, Waitrose, Boots and so many other shopping possibilities are just around the corner.
