Hello,
I'm looking to sublet my room from early June to mid August. I can be flexible on dates. It's a bright, ground-floor double room with a large wardrobe. The flat has a garden with vegetables (even if its a bit overgrown) and a nice living room.
I will be leaving some stuff in the room (not much, you'll have lots of storage and it will be under the bed), so the price is reduced from my rent to reflect this. Bills and council tax all included.
