My room is larger than others on the same floor with the same price!! The bed is also double-sized, which I really like. Moreover, I'm very lucky to have tidy housemates who love cleanliness, especially the guy next door, if he were a housekeeper, he'd definitely get a five-star rating. The kitchen has always been tidy and clean. Housemates are polite and quiet! I feel like I've saved the galaxy, maybe because there are only five people on the floor. It's only a ten-minute walk to the CSM Preparatory Campus, and I usually take a bus for a few minutes to the undergraduate campus. I've never lost any packages, and I've had good interactions with the 24-hour front desk staff. There's a gym, laundry room, study area, lounge area, table tennis, BBQ area, bike and car parking, and even a basketball hoop, right next to the park. Overall, it feels like a small community, everything a typical student apartment has, I don't think I missed anything.
