Looking for a couple to sign onto the new contract for a year, (month or so of subletting before hand).

The room is below ground level and has a reasonable amount of light. It has a bathroom and comes with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
Rent is £1500. Bills are about £150pm pp

You will be living with 3 professional gals aged 25-28 from New Zealand. It’s a social house, enjoy a few pints at the pub, go for walks and there is occasional cooking together, alongside this we are independent and enjoy doing our thing

The house has open living/kitchen with a landing that has storage and room to set up a WFH station. Closest tube is Caledonian Road (Piccadilly line) and is 3 min walk - so location is super central
