I am moving out of my room in a lovely house in Islington and am looking for someone to move in while I am gone. The room is in a 7 bedroom house share. 5 of the rooms are currently occupied. Looking for someone to move in from 15 June - 5 August with the possibility of extending. A mix of students and young professionals live in the house. The house is a 20 min cycle from UCL and LSE, and 10 min cycle from CSM. Five minute walk to Caledonia road station on the Piccadilly line, one stop away from Kings Cross. Walking distance to a Lidl, Tesco, and Co-op, and two minutes away from Caledonia clocktower park. Situated in between Angel and Camden so plenty of places to explore nearby. The house has WiFi, a kitchen with fridges, a washing machine and a gas stove and oven, we also have an indoor washing line. Three toilets and two showers. The area is friendly, affordable, and very well located near central London. Bills are included in the price.
