I am looking for a friendly and fun flat mate to replace my tenancy in Garand Court, a modern and well-situated complex less than 1 minute from the Piccadilly line.

The property is new and furnished to a very high specification throughout. We have large open plan kitchen, living and dining area, with an adjacent private balcony.

We are less than 1 minute from Holloway Road Station, and 10 minutes to Highbury & Islington Station.

ABOUT US: Having loved living in Garand Court with two of my friends and one of their girlfriends, I have sadly decided to move to a new area. Therefore, we are looking for a fun, sociable person to take over my tenancy.

Whilst we’re easy going and relaxed to live with, we do like to keep the flat clean and tidy, are would be great if the next flatmate is like-minded.
