I’m moving out of my room and there is still 6 months on the lease (you don’t have to stay for all 6). The share house including me is 4 girls and 1 guy, 2 of the girls are in uni and the rest of us are working/doing gap years etc. so students or young workers are ideal as we are all 19 turning 20 or already 20.

We have a little baby cat so you’d have to be okay with that also! The house is really big so everyone has their own space, there are 3 bathrooms, my room is next to the one on the middle floor so I included a photo as well as a photo of the living room.

We have a massive kitchen with two fridges and a laundry room. We have a cute small garden which is not in a lot of use now it’s winter but was super super nice in the summer!

We get free electricity and pay about £7 for WiFi and £8 gas each month and just tackle the bills as they come dividing them between everyone.

The room will come with the bed and the wardrobe but you can get rid of them if you so like, I’d be happy to including my duvet and pillows and side table if they’re wanted but if not I will donate them no worries!
