Hello,

I have a good sized light double room going in my 2 bed flat in Islington.

The flat is light, warm and modern and is less than a 5 min walk to Highbury and Islington tube. The flat is situated in a gated complex with communal gardens and a safe bike store and is surrounded by nice cafes and shops on Holloway Road and Upper street.

I am friendly and clean and looking for someone similar. I’m happy going out for walks, pubs, seeing friends, going to the theatre etc.. but also hanging at home. I work at a magazine and will be going into the office 2/3 days a week and working at home the rest of the time.

The room currently has a king sized bed but that can be switched for a double bed if preferred, a big fitted wardrobe, shelf and a chest of drawers. It has a nice view of the church from the windows.

All bills are included, I have very fast hyperoptic internet.

Room is available to move in on 11th April

Happy with a male or female, but no couples please.
