We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our well-kept, three-bedroom ground floor flat located just off Crayford Road in Holloway.
Spacious ground-floor flat with a private garden, dishwasher, two separate toilets and a shared bathroom with shower. We also have indoor bike storage in the hallway.

A bright double room furnished with a double bed, large desk and chest of drawers. It’s a comfortable space, particularly if you occasionally work from home.

Two professionals, American (27) and French (40). We’re easy-going and respectful, and the flat is generally quiet in the evenings, with the occasional shared meal or chat in the garden.

You'll also be sharing the flat with four cats: Neko, our independent black cat, and the three princesses Minomi, Ayaka and Oki, so being comfortable around cats is essential!

We’re looking for someone tidy, friendly and sociable while also respectful of everyone's own space.

Rent and bills are paid monthly in advance, adjusted accordingly if you move in part-way through the month.
