My room is up for sublet in N7 whilst I travel home for 6 weeks from March 22nd - May 4th (can be a little flexible with exact dates). Ideal for someone new to London or in between tenancies.

🌸 £1260 or nearest offer for 6 weeks + bills which are around 100p/m. I am open to someone taking the room for 4 weeks also!

🌸 Super spacious room, all furniture will stay (I’ll just put personal items away) and I’m happy to leave the bedding also if you need it!

I live with 3 other girls who I absolutely adore! All very busy people who are often out and about so you will have the flat to yourself at times. We are a pretty chill flat, love a girly debrief over a cuppa, having a dance in the kitchen whilst we’re cooking dinner and flat missions to the supermarket, yoga or just a London adventure. It’s a quiet flat set back from the main road and we have always felt extremely safe living here.
