Hey! My name’s Lila and I am looking for a female tenant to replace me in this flat.

The room itself is a bright and spacious double with extra storage in the hall attached to it.
The flat has one bathroom and a big kitchen, which is equipped with basic appliances and a new fridge. No living room.
The bills are included except for the gas and electricity which is £50 per person a month.

Zone 2. Bus 388 is right around the corner taking you towards the London Bridge. 10 min walk to Homerton overground.
It’s super close to UAL LCF.
The flat is minutes walk to Victoria park which is just an incredible place.

Overall, this is a really amazing flat with a very nice landlady where I have had spent over a year and going to be missing it!
I’m looking for a female tenant to replace me as I am moving in with my partner.

Move in date is 23-24th of March. Can be a little bit flexible.
