We have a lovely double room available from the 15th of August in our cute three bed flat right beside Victoria Park.

The room comes furnished as seen in the photos.
Theres a communal living/dining area with a balcony off it 🌞

The flat is right beside lots of cute pubs. Victoria park and well street common are literally on our doorstep. 10minutes Victoria park village.
It's just a 7 minute walk to the Overground, 5 minutes from Tesco and 10 from lidl.

A little bit about us.. my name's Affraic. I'm 31 and I'm a nurse from Ireland. Love being right beside the parks and canals for walks, cycles etc. Lucy is 30, Australian and is also a nurse. She loves keeping fit and has been making the most of living over this side of the world and travelling a lot.

We normally keep it pretty quiet during the week but love some pints or heading out of London at the weekend.

We're happy if you work from home a couple of days a week but preferably not every day.

Bills come to about £150 a month.
