Double room:

We've got two rooms becoming available in our cosy 4 bed home, and I’m hoping to find people who are looking for more than just somewhere to sleep.

Sadly, the two lovely Aussies I've lived with for the past 4 years are moving out, but I'd love to keep the same family feeling going into this next chapter; comfortable being in each other's company but also respecting each other's space and independence. No pressure, no drama, just kind, open people who enjoy living in a genuinely friendly home.

The house:

🏡 Large 4 double bedroom house with front and big back garden
🚿 2 bathrooms (full bathroom upstairs & downstairs toilet)
🌿 Cosy converted shed that's become a little chillout space
🧹 Cleaner every two weeks of communal areas
📍 4 min walk to Homerton station (overground)
🚶 3 min walk to Victoria park, 15 min walk to London Fields, Broadway market and Hackney Central (& great for sunday strolls to Columbia road flower market)

The house itself isn't the most recently renovated, but it's warm, homely, and affordable for the area. Good & relaxed relationship with the landlord.

About us:

At the moment it's myself (Kaylie) and Yaz.

I'm a Creative Lead working in digital marketing and work from home three days a week. Bubbly and outgoing. I love going to live shows, creating community, hosting picnics with friends, the occasional craft night and team volleyball on Tuesdays.

Yaz moved in a few months ago, friend of a friend, is a tattoo artist and dog sitter who's a positive energy, always up to something with friends, creative and a chill to live with.

We're both independent people with our own lives and in and out the house a lot, but we'd love to live with people who’d eventually feel comfortable joining us for a chin wag over a movie in the living room.

We're LGBTQ+ friendly and welcome people from all walks of life.

Ideally looking for someone who:

- Is kind, emotionally aware and communicates openly
- Has a stable income and is happy putting down roots for a while
- Keeps communal areas clean and tidy (we're definitely not obsessive, but everyone to do their bit)
- Wants to create a space that feels safe

Rooms avail from start of September (TBC if 1st or 2nd week):
🛏️ Largest room: £1,050 pcm
🛏️ Second smallest room: £800 pcm

Bills around £120 pm/pp (Council Tax Band D).

Deposit: £937.50 (protected with MyDeposits)
