I’m looking for a flatmate to take over my current flatmates part of the lease from 27th March 2026, this will move to a periodic tenancy due to the new renters right act coming in from May.
This is a large double room which is part furnished, with space for a desk if required
The flat is less than a 10 minute walk to Hackney Central overground, comes with free Sky TV (perk of my job!), two toilets and one bathroom and a lovely balcony which gets great sunlight in the mornings
Rent is £1200 per month plus bills (around £150 per month each)
I work in finance and in the office 3 days per week with two days working from home, I like my own space but equally enjoy time with my flatmate in the evenings or a Sunday at the pub! Looking for someone to share this lovely flat with that is looking for the same
