The house itself is a 5 min walk from Hackney Wick station, is light with a large living room and garden with three other tenants who are very friendly and sociable in a great location with good transit access.

This would ideally be a takeover of tenancy through to the 10th of July 2026 with the option to either renew the tenancy or to end after this date depending on a consensus. However, we would be open to discussing a sublet so please feel free to inquire if that is what you're looking for.
