The flat will be shared by only three people in total. The landlord lives in the property but travels frequently, so most of the time you’ll enjoy a peaceful and relaxed home environment.

We’re looking for a clean, considerate and responsible person who respects shared spaces, cleans up after themselves and values a comfortable atmosphere for everyone.

Bills
Most bills are included in the rent. The only additional cost is a contribution towards gas and electricity.
