We have a room available in our lovely three-bed flat in Homerton/Victoria Park.

We are Matt and Jas (both 31). Matt works for Deliveroo and Jas works in events. We're into all the usual things London has to offer - pubs, markets, brunching, etc.

We’ve both lived here for just over a year, and get on really well. We're looking for someone similar to us both, with a similar lifestyle, who enjoys sharing a meal over Netflix and/or a glass of wine in the evenings, and equally, very respectful of each other's space. We’re not a party house, so if that’s what you’re looking for, this probably isn’t the right fit!

We have two wonderful indoor cats, Tdubbs and Toulouse, so ideally you'll be a lover of cats and won't be allergic. Unfortunately, this means we won't be able to take any more pets.

We both currently WFH full time, and will be working in the office 2-3 days a week whenever we return to “the new normal”.

The flat is split across two floors: on the ground floor there’s the living room, kitchen, and Matt's room. Your future room, Jas' room, and the bathroom (shared between you and Matt) is on the lower floor. The room can come furnished or unfurnished.

We’re in a great location - super close to Homerton overground, Victoria Park, various pubs and shops, Mare Street and London Fields.

We rent directly through the landlord who is honestly fantastic. Rent is £786.66 per month and the deposit is £907.69. Bills are between £100 and £130 per month on top (total cost per month therefore is around £900). Move-in date is flexible.
