Hi all!

I am subletting my room short-term: it will be available from May It is £750 PER MONTH including bills included, aside from electricity which we pay as we go, so I can calculate the price depending on how long you wish to stay. You will be sharing with one other housemate who is very considerate!

It is a lovely space with high ceilings and lots of light. I work form home a lot and so can also confirm that everyone in the building is respectful and quiet- but equally social if you are hoping to meet some new people :) and only a short two minute walk from the nearest station, as well as a gym/ canal/ food shops.
