Hi there,

We are Soren, Holly & Grace, and we are looking for a fourth housemate to join our home. While there are three of us living together, we all live busy lives, so the house is very calm and we respect each other's space. However when we are home together we often share a glass of wine or a movie. None of us work from home, and ideally the new housemate won't either, so we can keep the flat as a chill space rather than a workplace.

The house is a very large and beautiful grade II listed church conversion. It is on a quiet street with both Homerton Station and Victoria Park within a 5 minute walk. It is 30 minutes to central London.

The room is huge, with high ceilings, large windows and an en-suite bathroom. All three bedrooms have their own bathrooms so everyone has their own space. Rent is £1,150 including all bills. Deposit is £1,350.
