Hello! I am seeking a female flatmate to move into the second bedroom in my two bed Hackney flat

📍 The Textile Building (the old Burberry factory!)
🏷️ £1100 + bills (£250pcm)
🧍🏻‍♀️ Living with me (23, female)

We would share the gorgeous living room/kitchen as the communal space. The spacious family bathroom (positioned directly opposite the second bedroom) would be primarily yours as I have an ensuite attached to my room.

Equipped with a portable air conditioner, dishwasher, washing machine, smart tv, cube speaker, immersion showers and of course wifi. Obvs the flat is already furnished and fully stocked in terms of pots/pans/crockery and the rest but more than enough space for you to bring your own bits should you wish.

Flat itself is in a great location, right next to Mare street and Hackney Central station. I LOVE it here.

Currently only considering people for rolling monthly contracts, with a cap at 6 months.
Looking for someone fun/sociable who can also be respectful of each other’s space and privacy, contributing equally to keeping the flat clean, tidy and a really nice place to live! Preference for a professional with a 9-5 (I’m an actress so will regularly need windows of time to self tape in the living room during the day).
