We’re heading back to Australia for 6 weeks and are looking for someone (or a couple) to sublet our bedroom from 18th October to 29th November - ideally for most of that time.

The room is upstairs, with your own bathroom, super king bed, big window. It’s quiet, bright, and gets lots of light throughout the day.

The house is across two levels and is super spacious, with a light-filled living and dining area with huge windows that get sun all day. There are three bathrooms, with one downstairs, and your own private upstairs. There is also a nice sunny courtyard outside. The flat is full of character, we really love living here!

You’d be sharing with another couple in their early 30s, and their gorgeous miniature dachshund. They work from home, so the room would be best suited to someone or a couple who work from an office or out of home. It’s a very relaxed, friendly and respectful household.

Located by Victoria Park Village, minutes walk from Victoria Park, cafés, pubs, restaurants - always something to do.

Rent is £1,850/month, negotiable, plus bills.
