Join us in our lovely maisonette flat in Hackney Central E9.
We have 1 spacious double bedroom (double or single occupancy) available immediately or until 6th of May. The room is quiet and very spacious (3 x 4.5m) - making it suitable for couples.
It has large inbuilt cupboards, and plenty of other space in the shared spaces. The flat comprises of kitchen with table, living room, full bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet and balcony.
A lot of the interior, such as carpets, flooring, paint and kitchen are only 2 years old and in great condition.
The property is set in the heart of Hackney, just 6 minutes from the park. The road and property are quiet and green. There are lots of Cafés, Bars and restaurants around the area as well as large supermarkets, organic stores, a pool, yoga, pilates and fitness studios. Broadway market is easily reachable by foot. Other attractive features like Colombia Road flower market and Dalston are also just a stone throw away via bus or overground.
You will be sharing with us, 2 females in our mid twenties, respectively pursuing a degree in musical theatre and working in the field of environmental management. We share interests in dance, musicals, theatre, fitness, yoga, nature, food, travelling, culture, politics, psychology…
We are also both very open, sociable, respectful and clean and are looking for someone with a similar vibe.
We are a community feel household while also being respectful of each other’s space.
