The bedroom is available between 20th June and 25th July. The price is £300 per week (£1200 pm) but if you are staying for the full 5-week duration it can be lowered from £1,500 to £1,350.
The flat is a 3-bedroom flatshare - the 2 others are 27 year-old guys as but it would mainly be 1 of them staying during that period. The flat is spacious loft with high-ceiling and exposed-brick walls. The bedroom is spacious and bright. A desk on the mezzanine would be available to work from home. Garden shared with the rest of the building, and parking space possible.
Please only enquire is you can stay from 3 to 5 weeks.
