We have a room available in our 3 bed flat in Homerton as one of our housemates is moving out after finishing med school.

The room is huge and comes with a bed/desk/wardrobes.

5 min walk from Homerton stn, with a gym across the road.

Current housemates are Irini (doctor, 29) and Lewis (accountant, 29), we’ve been friends since our undergrads. We’re both busy but have a great time hanging out when we’re at home together.

I have a cat, Bianca, so please beware that any prospective tenants can’t be allergic.

The room is available from now with the tenancy being renewed from Aug 9th for one year (rent shown is what it will be from August).

Bills are around £130 with council tax
