Looking to sublet my flat from around the 25th of June (can be flexible) for 2-3 months. The flat is small but a decent size for a couple or 1 person and has a good size bathroom with a big tub. All bills are included besides electric which can be topped up from your phone in a few seconds. The flat comes fully furnished and will have all the essentials (Wifi, kettle, toaster etc). The location is by the glove that fits a music venue open 3 days a week (Friday, Saturday and either Thursday or Sunday) and only for bookings. The rest of the week it is closed. When the venue is open you can hear the music humming slightly in the living room but it is not super loud and has never bothered me. I will require an £800 security deposit post viewing (either in person or over FaceTime) it will be returned once you give me the keys back (provided nothing is damaged and the flat is in the condition I left it in).
