I’m looking for someone to share my space with. I’ve taken a lot of thought to make the space feel cozy and calm.

This is ideal for someone who is looking for a home-base during the week in London. The room is for 3 days a week ongoing. There can be the option to stay an additional day(s) here and there for a nightly rate.

The house is yours to use with while you’re staying here.

Open to pets :-)

Ideal for someone who lives outside of London but has to be in the office 3 days/week.

I’m 5-7m walk to Hackney central and 10-13m walk to Hackney Downs overground. There’s several bus stops a couple minutes walk away.

Rent will be a standard £625/month + £50/month utilities.

It will be a 3 month rolling contract (can extend 3m at a time).

The days/nights available to stay are Monday - Thursday.
