👋 Who we’re looking for

We’d ideally like to find a female tenant who is clean, considerate, respectful and easy-going, and who will treat the space and home with care.

The studio is particularly suited to someone who values privacy and independence, with their own furnished living/sleeping space, kitchenette, WC and outdoor area.

Access to the main house would be very limited, with the shared shower facilities being the primary shared household facility.

We’re looking for someone who would like to make the space their home for the longer term, with a minimum 12-month tenancy.

🏠 A little about us

You’ll be living alongside Jay and her mum in our family home. We’ve lived in Crouch End for around 30 years and on our road for the last 20, so we know the area very well and are part of a lovely, established local community.

We’re a warm, welcoming and LGBTQ+ inclusive household. Jay’s youngest brother, who is moving away to university this September is trans and part of the LGBTQ+ community, and inclusivity, respect and making people feel comfortable in our home are important to us as a family.

The house is a townhouse, with the two showers located on the second and third floors of the main house. These are shared with the household, while the WC, kitchenette, sleeping/living space and outdoor area shown in the advert are for the tenant’s use.
