My partner and I are putting our very spacious double room up for sublet while we are back in New Zealand for 4 months. Suitable for a single or couple, our bedroom is on the third floor of the house, and the bathroom next door is shared with no other housemates. While we can be slightly flexible on dates we are ideally looking for someone (or a couple) to take over the room from the 11th Nov until the end of February.

Our house is located in North London (N8), a 5 minute walk from Turnpike Lane tube station (Piccadilly line), and in just a couple stops you're on the Victoria line.

The room rent is £1,225 p/m, and additional monthly household bills are around £100 pp.

Beyond your bedroom and neighbouring bathroom, you'll find 5 other bedrooms in this house, 2 additional bathrooms, a lounge, and large kitchen, and an outdoor garden patio.

You will be joining a very fun and social household, with 4 incredible housemates - 1 guy (Irish) and 3 girls (one Kiwi and two Brits). They are clean, tidy, and respectful - always down to watch a television show together in the evenings or unwind over a pint. You're sure to have many laughs and fun times while living here!
