Communal areas are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaner, and we are easily reachable via WhatsApp, typically responding within minutes.

Minor repairs or small kitchen equipment replacements are usually handled within a couple of hours. Larger appliances such as washing machines, tumble dryers, boilers, and fridges are dealt with within eight hours of being reported. In the unlikely event of a boiler issue, all properties are equipped with a backup electric shower to ensure uninterrupted access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, bowls, and crockery. We also supply all essential cleaning items, including washing-up liquid, sponges, scourers, multipurpose sprays, tea towels, and bin liners.

All properties are fully HMO licensed and comply with local council regulations. Rooms are clean, well maintained, freshly redecorated, and free from condensation or mould. All bedrooms are fitted with lockable fire doors. Two sets of bed linen are provided on arrival.
