Small single room - On Harringay Ladder on Green Lanes

We are looking for someone to move in to our house-share.

We are a friendly house of currently 6 people, from Italy, UK, Norway, Germany and Colombia. We treat the house as our home and we like to keep a relaxed environment.

First and foremost, we are looking for a future housemate who is friendly, respectful and peaceful.

Monthly rent is £450 with all bills included.

Monthly rent to be paid on the last day of each month.

Move-in date is flexible (any day from 30th March onwards) but the rental payment for the room begins on 31st March with a payment of £450.

We will require a deposit of £225, to be paid by 24th March.

The room is very small, with no additional storage space in the house. Only suitable for someone who has a less-than-average amount of stuff.

Not suitable for working from home.

The room comes furnished with a single bed and a stack of storage boxes.

There is a large kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower, and a garden in the back. There is a small shed outside for bike storage only.

We have a weekly cleaning rota, which you will be involved in.

We’re an LGBTQ+ friendly household.

The house is situated just off Green Lanes.
15 minute walk to Manor House station
12 minute walk to Turnpike Lane station.
8 minute walk to Harringey Green Lanes overground.

Viewings will take place on Monday 11th and Wednesday 13th March in the evening.
