I have a spare room available for the period of March 23 - April 3, 2024. Ideally, I'd like to let it for a minimum of one week within this window, but I'll consider other options.

🏡 1 Single, Fully Furnished Bedroom in a spacious 3-bed flat with a balcony and all mod cons, where I live with my 17-yo old daughter (student) and our lovely dog - Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. You will be sharing the kitchen/living room (open plan) and the bathroom with us, but there are two toilets, so expect no queues 😉

🗓️ Available immediately until April. Flexible on dates and duration, with a minimum term of one week.

📍Crouch End N8 Lovely quiet and super-safe area with village feel (voted the best place to live in the UK!) There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, grocery shops and even two amazing cinemas nearby. There are also a gym with a swimming pool and lido and a health centre next door to our modern block of flats.

Nearest tube: 20-min walk to Highgate (Zone 3) or 10-min bus ride to Finsbury Park (Zone 2) with very convenient transport links to Piccadilly and Victoria lines. There are also a few overground stations nearby: Hornsey, Crouch Hill, Alexandra Palace.
